
The Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway Association formed in 2006 as a non-profit corporation to preserve, enhance and promote the unique resources of the Ebbetts Pass National Scenic Byway. EPSBA is a state tax-exempt corporation, and is currently in the process of applying for federal tax-exempt status.
Our Vision
To preserve the unique scenic, natural, historic, cultural, archaeological and recreational resources of the Ebbetts Pass National Scenic Byway and to enhance the quality of the travel experience along one of the last surviving wild Trans-Sierra routes.
Our Mission
Through the spirited partnership of individuals, businesses, organizations and agencies, the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway Association will coordinate and implement preservation, enhancement and marketing projects consistent with the goals of the Ebbetts Pass Corridor Management Plan and with a dedicated commitment to the byway's integrity.
Meetings
The EPSBA Board of Directors normally meets the last Monday of each month at 6pm, at the Ebbetts Pass Fire District Station 1, 1037 Blagen Road, Arnold; however meeting times occasionally change due to weather or other factors. All are welcome.
